Tender and Contract Coordinator

ROLE AND LOCATION

We are looking for a Tender and Contract Coordinator to join our incredible team. It's a full-time position in our Porto office. 

Reporting to the Muehlhan Wind Service Commercial department, the Tender and Contract Coordinator plays a key role in managing and coordinating the end-to-end tendering process. This role also supports the administration and monitoring of contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, mitigate risks, and enable successful project delivery.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Prepare and review business proposals for clients, ensuring prior analysis of requirements to guarantee ENDIPREV’s compliance.


• Create, review, and update project execution records in the ERP system, in coordination with the Business Development Technician and Project Manager.


• Prepare, monitor, and ensure adherence to cost and revenue budgets related to commercial proposals.


• Assess and account for risks associated with commercial proposals across different dimensions, including technical execution capacity, client contractual compliance, and applicable legal requirements.


• Collaborate, when requested by the Manager, with colleagues performing similar roles in other companies within the Group

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Experience in sales or in a similar position will be a plus;


• Experience with ERP and CRM will be a plus;


• Proficiency in excel (mandatory)


• English proficiency (B1 minimum);


• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and attention to detail.
