TIBCO Developer

We are looking for an Systems Integration Developer to join a development team based in Lisbon, supporting UK stakeholders. This role is suited to developers with solid hands-on experience in TIBCO Business Works Container Edition (BWCE) who also bring strong Java skills to support modern, API-driven integration solutions.

You will take responsibility for delivering high-quality integration components, contributing to technical design, and supporting the team in maintaining robust, scalable integration solutions, while continuing to develop your expertise in cloud and CI/CD practices.

Systems Integration Developer - TIBCO Business Works / Java

Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain message-oriented integration solutions primarily using TIBCO BWCE, with supporting development in Java and Spring

. Own delivery of assigned solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability

. Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose solutions

. Follow and promote best practices in coding, documentation, and CI/CD

. Work closely with partner and platform teams to deliver robust, integrated solutions

. Participate in application support during business hours (additional payment applies)

Mandatory Skills

. Proven experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 6 or Container Edition) and TIBCO EMS

. Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot

· Solid understanding of integration patterns, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging

. Experience with Docker and container-based deployments

. Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)- MINIMUM C1 LEVEL MANDATORY

Nice to Have

. Kafka, MQ Series, or other enterprise messaging platforms

. CI/CD tooling such as GitHub, Maven and Jenkins

. SQL experience using Oracle or other relational databases

. Angular or other frontend technologies

· Spanish language skills
