What We're Looking For:

• Professionally Fluent Italian and English (C1+)

• Experience with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo mandatory)

• Background in customer service (travel/hospitality preferred)

• Metrics-driven, with strong communication & collaboration skills

• Tech-savvy (Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce)

• Flexibility to work rotating schedules (Mon - Sun, 7 AM to 10 PM)
