• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• Progressive experience in restaurant management and in fine dining
• Prior experience in supervisory or leadership roles
• Michelin-Starred or Luxury Experience
• Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• A depth knowledge of restaurant operations
• A genuine passion for hospitality and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Fluency English language is essential
