For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

3+ years of experience as a Cybersecurity Governance & Risk Manager

Demonstrated expertise in cyber risk governance, including defining and promoting cybersecurity frameworks across payment services and cross-entity sectors such as Cash Management, Customer Data Services, Electronic Payments, and Factoring.

Proficiency in ServiceNow and GRC IT tooling to manage and track risk landscapes, corrective action plans, and control activities across ICT and non-ICT domains.

Ability to conduct end-to-end operational risk assessments, including planning and executing RCSA inputs, analyzing historical incidents, and maintaining up-to-date control plans.

Strong root cause analysis and impact assessment skills applied to identifying adverse cyber risk events and determining remediation priorities across complex IT environments.

Competency in producing consolidated risk reporting and executive-level communications, including issuing alerts and proposing corrective actions to senior stakeholders such as CISO and risk officers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office for the preparation of risk reports, governance documentation, and stakeholder-facing materials across multiple business lines.

Fluency in English and French, at least B2 level

Availability for Hybrid model, 2-3 times a week based in Porto

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
