Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Risk Management & Internal Control Support Officer to help us integrate a new Risk Management, BCM and Internal Control Tool.

We're seeking a mid-level professional well-versed in risk management with good communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Provide support to the Risk Management (including BCM) and Internal Control teams to set up a common tool and especially:
• Coordination and follow-up with external vendors.
• Preparation of the specifications and coordination with the teams concerned.
• Monitoring the correct implementation of the specifications in the tool.
• Testing of tool functionalities.
• Data migration.
• Preparation of training sessions.
• Integrating stakeholders into the tool.
• Support the 1st line of operation teams to carry out their designated tasks within the tool.
• Change management.
