Key Responsibilities

- Review videos, audio, comments, links, images, titles, and other user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Identify and flag policy violations accurately and efficiently
- Enforce platform rules and moderation standards
- Handle user appeals and provide clear, professional explanations for moderation decisions
- Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent and effective moderation processes
- Monitor trends and user behavior to proactively detect risks
- Provide feedback to improve moderation tools, workflows, and strategies

Compensation & Benefits

Salary

• Total Gross Monthly Salary: 1000€ (paid over 14 months)

• Meal Allowance: 7.63€ per working day

Work Schedule

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week

• Working days: Monday to Sunday

• Current shift: 09:00 – 18:00

• Planned evening shift: 13:00 – 22:00

• Future possibility: 24/7 operational schedule

• Days off: 2 rotational days per week

Location & Accommodation

• Work Model: Onsite in Porto

• Accommodation Option:

  • Room in a shared apartment (up to 12 months)

  • Rent: 280€ per month

  • All utility bills included

  • Rent deducted directly from payslip
