Romanian Speaking Junior Content Moderator

About the Role

We are seeking a Romanian-speaking Content Moderator to join our global trust & safety team in Porto. Your role will be to review and monitor content submitted by platform users, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and safety standards.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong cultural awareness and excellent judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content according to platform policies

• Identify and escalate violations or concerning behavior

• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in decision-making

• Ensure safe content standards and user protection on the platform

• Work with internal teams to improve processes and policies

Requirements

• Native or fluent Romanian (B2+)

• Good English level (for internal communication & training)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make objective decisions

• Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive content

• Reliable, responsible, and able to follow strict procedures

• Previous moderation or customer support experience is a plus
