Russian Customer Support Agent

We're seeking for a Customer Support Agent to join our Porto-based team. This role blends marketing insight with hands-on customer care, supporting clients through their digital advertising journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming support inquiries (non-voice - via chat and/or ticket) with accuracy
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex issues as needed
• Investigate and collect information to provide to customer
• Provide detailed and organized customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements

• Fluent Russian (C1/C2) + Good English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit
• Must be based in Porto
