We are urgently hiring Russian-speaking Customer Support Representatives with strong translation and written communication skills to join an international team supporting a global digital platform.

This is a fully remote role based in Portugal, ideal for candidates who already hold a valid EU passport or Portuguese residence card.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle customer inquiries in Russian via email, chat, and written channels
• Translate and localize content between Russian and English with accuracy and cultural sensitivity
• Review, edit, and ensure quality of translated customer-facing content
• Provide clear, professional, and customer-focused support
• Follow internal quality guidelines and documentation processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent Russian (C1/C2)
• Good level of English (B2+)
• Strong written communication and translation skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Previous experience in customer support, translation, content moderation is a plus (not mandatory)
