About the Role
We are seeking a fluent Russian speaker to join our customer support team in Porto. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring a high level of service, and resolving issues efficiently.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Sunday | 10:0019:00

• 2 rotational days off per week

• Possibility of extended hours: 09:0021:00 (rotational shifts)

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: 1,000 gross/month × 14 months

• Language bonus: 1,000 for Russian

• No relocation package available

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent Russian (C2)

• Good English communication skills

• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
