Russian-Speaking Junior Customer Support Specialist (On-site – Lisbon)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Russian-speaking Junior Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or grow their career in customer support within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat in Russian.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, orders, and accounts.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical or service-related issues.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Follow company procedures, guidelines, and communication standards.

Requirements

  • Fluent/C2 level of Russian and a good level of English (B2 or higher).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools are a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
