Job Description 💼
You’ll be part of our Sales Team, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer.
We’re looking for someone at the beginning of their career, eager to learn about sales operations in a fast-paced and mission-driven company. You’ll work closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, supporting both strategic and day-to-day tasks.
This internship is a great opportunity to understand how a Sales department works and to gain hands-on experience in an EdTech company with a real impact.
Your Responsibilities 💪
1) Sales Support & Admin:
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and documentation
- Organize and keep our CRM (HubSpot) updated
- Help manage sales team calendars and schedule meetings
2) Reporting & Analysis:
- Support in collecting and organizing sales data
- Assist in creating weekly/monthly sales performance reports
- Help track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
3) Customer Communication Support:
Draft follow-up emails and client communications
Support pre-sales interactions when needed
Ensure timely and accurate responses to incoming requests
About you 👈
- Recently graduated from a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field;
- You’re proactive, organized and detail-oriented;
- Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Excel and CRM systems;
- Great communication skills and a natural curiosity to learn;
- Portuguese Native Speaker;
- Fluent in English.
