About the Role



We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales & Business Development professional based in Lisbon to join our BOOL team, with a strategic focus on international growing business opportunities around the OutSystems low-code platform. This role is ideal for someone who brings a commercial mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the OutSystems ecosystem or similar technologies.

Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and develop new international business opportunities related to the OutSystems platform.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and technology partners.

  • Create compelling commercial proposals and lead the negotiation and closing of new deals.

  • Collaborate closely with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and solution positioning.

  • Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking initiatives.

  • Actively contribute to the overall commercial growth strategy of the company.



Requirements



  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development roles, ideally in IT consulting, SaaS, or tech services.

  • Proven experience working with or selling OutSystems solutions is a strong plus.

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and/or low-code platforms.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

  • Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).



Nice to Have



  • Existing network within the OutSystems ecosystem (partners, clients, community).

  • Experience selling digital transformation or custom software development services.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
