We are looking for a Sales Inbound Coordinator to join our growing team in Bolt Food Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior professional eager to develop their sales career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. <strong>About the role</strong>



As the Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for expanding the merchant selection by primarily activating inbound leads, such as self-sign-ups and new locations for existing partners. 


 


In addition, you’ll assist the team with acquiring and onboarding new providers and ensuring the quality of new lead generation in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) pipeline for outbound activities.







<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>




  • Handle and qualify inbound leads, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

  • Guide prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact to activation. 

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM systems (Salesforce). 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates and optimize sales processes.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI.
