Sales Development Representative / Account Manager

Start: 9/11, 16/11 or later

In this position, you will work with a globally recognized digital platform, supporting businesses in building and optimizing their online advertising strategies. You will play a key role in driving growth, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful marketing solutions in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Your Role

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, email, social outreach)
• Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients and agency partners
• Support onboarding and activation of new advertisers
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored advertising solutions
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to drive performance and ROI
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies based on performance data
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client experiences

Your Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1/C2)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The Offer

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (rotational between 08:00 – 18:00)
