Descrição do Emprego - Sales Representative

The Role

 

We are looking for Junior Sales Representatives to join our on-site team in Porto, starting April 2026.

In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact with potential clients, helping them understand how our solutions can support their businesses. You will work closely with the sales team, receive continuous feedback, and build on your existing sales experience, particularly in outbound prospecting and cold calling.

This position is ideal for someone who already has experience in sales, enjoys building relationships, and wants to continue growing in a structured and performance-driven environment.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Connect with potential clients through outbound calls, with a strong focus on cold calling

Identify and qualify business needs and assess clients’ financial situations

Build trust-based relationships with prospects throughout the early stages of the sales cycle

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information using CRM tools

Collaborate with colleagues to improve sales processes and share best practices

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have previous experience in sales, with proven exposure to cold calling
  • Are comfortable engaging prospects by phone and handling objections
  • Are motivated to improve your performance and develop your sales skills
  • Balance individual accountability with a collaborative team mindset
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum C1)
  • Are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable learning new tools and processes

 

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Previous experience in B2B or financial services environments

 

Other Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence/work permit
  • Availability to work on-site in Porto
  • Availability to work from 13:30 to 22:30 GMT (1-hour dinner break), aligned with U.S. business hours
