Sales Representative / Account Manager

Job Description

Are you driven by sales success and digital marketing? We are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team in Lisbon. Depending on your background and candidate profile, you will join as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Client Partner (CP), or Account Manager (AM).

In this role, you will build strategic relationships with B2B clients and agencies, drive advertising revenue, and optimize campaign performance across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• SDR Role: Conduct lead generation, cold outreach, outbound calls, and qualify B2B clients to support onboarding and platform activation.
• Client Partner Role: Prospect new business, build strategic ad proposals, and act as a trusted advisor to prospective advertisers.
• Account Manager Role: Manage client and agency portfolios, optimize ad campaign ROI, and drive long-term account growth.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and client communications efficiently.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years in B2B/outbound sales, business development, or digital marketing.
• Sales Skills: Demonstrated experience in cold outreach, prospecting, negotiating, and pipeline management.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong goal orientation with a focus on achieving KPIs and delivering high campaign ROI.
• Valid work authorization for Portugal / EU.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary & Allowances: €1,237.83 gross monthly fixed salary (includes base salary, monthly split Christmas/Holiday allowances, and €7.00/day meal card).
• Variable Bonus: Monthly productivity bonus up to €2,400.00 (Team median: €846.52 over 6 months).
• Paid Training: 15-day comprehensive paid training program via a Selection Agreement (€18.56/day).

• Work Location: Prime office campus in Lisbon (close to major metro and train stations).
