What is expected in this role:

You’ll be at the heart of B-Parts, empowering the circular economy.

• Assist customers - both private and professional - via phone and written communication to find the right parts;
• Register new customers and process orders efficiently;
• Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled, providing timely updates on order status;
• Offer clear information on logistics, after-sales procedures, and any related inquiries.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and follow up to ensure a great experience.

What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities):

• Fluency in Italian (mandatory);
• Fluency in English or Portuguese (is a plus);
• Strong customer orientation;

• Domain of computer tools.
