CONKORD (ReadinessIT Â· Ritain.io Â· Red.IT Â· Latitudde) is looking for a professional to join our team of Salesforce Developer. We are growing and want to strengthen our team with someone who is eager to learn, develop, and be part of a group that believes technology and people go hand in hand.

Requirements

We
are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2–4 years of
experience to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support
business processes and improve user experience. The ideal candidate has strong
technical expertise in Salesforce development, a solid understanding of data
models and integrations, and the ability to collaborate with business
stakeholders and cross -functional teams.

2–4
years of Salesforce development experience
Strong
proficiency in:

Apex
(classes, triggers, asynchronous processing);
Lightning
Web Components (LWC);
SOQL
and SOSL.

Experience
with Salesforce configuration:

Flows,
validation rules, approval processes;
Reports
and dashboards

Experience
with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs;
Knowledge
of Salesforce data model and security model (profiles, roles, permission sets,
sharing rules);
Familiarity
with deployment tools and version control (Git, change sets, CI/CD pipelines);
Strong
problem -solving and debugging skills;
Good
communication skills and ability to work with technical and non -technical
stakeholders.
