The SAP Integration Expert will be part of the SAP Center of Excellence and a key contributor to the global S/4HANA implementation project. Together with their implementation partner, you will be responsible for the design & realization on Interfaces with their new S4 Hana Environment.
You will coordinate with the Integration partner and other actors for network, security and technical application owners the design, delivery, testing and hyper care support.
You will ensure the integrations are optimized, ultimately securing the successful deployment and adoption of the new S/4HANA system.
Main challenges
▪ Support the design, setup & testing SAP S/4HANA integration, while levering the SAP best practices.
▪ Coordinate with diverse technical actors like Sodexo Datahub team, the Implementation Partner and other technical teams (Network, Security, Technical Applications Owners).
▪ Challenge the implementation partner on proposed solutions and estimates.
Main activities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the creation of robust & optimized interfaces.
▪ Work on integrating SAP S/4HANA with other internal and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
▪ Follow-up deliverables are provided by Implementation Partner.
▪ Assess technical feasibility of proposed solution
▪ Secure functional and technical solution is in adequation with business needs and Sodexo guidelines
▪ Support adequate technical knowledge transfer to Application Maintenance Support.

▪ Ensuring maximum leverage of SAP Best Practices
▪ Safeguarding the ‘clean core’ strategy and minimize customization of the S/4HANA core model
Person Specification
Hard skills
▪ Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Integration projects
▪ Strong understanding of EAI solutions like Microsoft Azure Integration and SAP Cloud Platform Integration part of SAP Business Technology Platform
▪ Strong technical background allowing to be at ease when discussing Integration Scenarios, Web Service or REST interfaces, iDOC, SNC, SAP CPI & Microsoft Azure Integrations
▪ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
▪ Experience with SAP integration tools and methodologies.
▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal stakeholders and end-users.
▪ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
▪ Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
▪ SAP certifications in S/4HANA or Cloud Integration or Microsoft Certification on Azure Integration are a plus.

▪ Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French is a plus, while knowledge of Italian is desirable
