SDR / Inside Sales Specialist – Cloud & Gaming Solutions (Lisbon)

The Opportunity:
We are supporting a stealth-mode, high-growth technology company operating at the intersection of cloud computing and the gaming industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Inside Sales Specialist to join their team in Lisbon and help drive growth across European markets.
You’ll be at the frontline of their expansion efforts — identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities related to innovative distributed cloud solutions, with a particular focus on gaming and GPU-intensive industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new business opportunities through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools
Conduct discovery and qualification calls to understand client needs and assess fit with the company’s cloud-based offering
Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline of leads, ensuring follow-ups and CRM updates are consistently executed
Work closely with senior commercial leadership to schedule qualified demos and meetings
Serve as the first point of contact with potential clients, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Meet and exceed targets for lead qualification and meeting generation
Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in cloud computing, blockchain, and gaming technology
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in SDR, Inside Sales, or outbound B2B sales
Strong communication skills in English (mandatory); Portuguese is a plus
Quick learner with a passion for tech — especially cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or decentralized systems
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
Comfortable in a fast-paced, international, and agile startup environment
Prior experience or deep interest in the gaming industry or Web3 is a strong advantage
