As a Paynest SDR, you will play a key role in achieving Paynest’s growth objectives. You’ll be part of a dynamic team driving Paynest’s growth, uncovering exciting commercial opportunities, and helping us scale.

Identify and generate new business opportunities through smart, targeted outbound strategies
Collaborate closely with Paynest leadership and local teams to launch new initiatives and pilot go-to-market ideas
Stay sharp and flexible — adapt quickly to changing market conditions, product updates, and strategic shifts

👤 Ideal Profile

Fluent in both Portuguese and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and process driven
Highly motivated and results-driven
Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment
