Role overview:

In this role, you will lead the design and evolution of Zero Trust security across workforce, workloads, and data. You will define and guide IAM standards (SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, PAM), modernize federation and entitlement lifecycle with platform and identity teams, and ensure security controls are properly implemented across core cloud services. You will validate that controls operate as designed and support the execution of the security architecture roadmap. Strong communication skills, a risk‑focused mindset, passion for automation, and experience in regulated financial or payments environments are essential.

What you will do

• Architect Zero Trust across workforce, workloads, and data; mature segmentation, continuous verification, and strong authentication.

• Guide enterprise IAM patterns ( SSO, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, PAM) and standardize access models for least privilege at scale.

• Partner with platform and identity teams to modernize federation and entitlement lifecycle.

• Work with the security operations and engineering teams and ensure security control requirements are configured appropriately on core cloud platforms and services.

• Provide assurance that controls are implemented as designed.

• Support the implementation of the security architecture strategy and roadmap.

• You can clearly communicate, advocate, and defend security architecture decisions to delivery teams and senior business and IT management.

Who you are

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security architecture and security engineering.

• Passionate about automation and reducing manual security work.

• Risk-focused and pragmatic in security engineering thinking and delivery.

• Effective at articulating technical security risks and what controls need to be deployed.

• Extensive experience with working Product and Engineering team in a regulated / PCI compliance Financial Services / Payments organisation.

• Exposure to multiple technology environments, including infrastructure services hosted on cloud platforms

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
