For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

4 years of experience as a Technology Risk Manager

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required as the academic foundation for the role.

Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, security principles, and risk assessment methodologies is required to identify and evaluate technology risks effectively.

Proficiency in Power BI and Excel is required to support risk reporting, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards such as ISO27001 and NIST is required; familiarity with COBIT and ITIL frameworks is a plus.

Relevant certifications such as ISO27001, ISO27005, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are considered an asset; knowledge of Splunk for security monitoring is also a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to engaging senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Fluency in English, at least B2

Availability for Hybrid model, 2 times a week based in Lisbon

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
