If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\nThe Senior Agile Coach will spearhead enterprise-level Agile transformation initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to embed Agile principles, elevate delivery performance, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement across Vodafone.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Drive large-scale Agile transformations across business units and departments.\n * Coach senior leaders to align Agile practices with strategic business goals.\n * Design and implement Agile governance frameworks that ensure compliance and manage risk.\n * Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams to enhance Agile maturity and performance.\n * Build and nurture Agile communities of practice and knowledge-sharing ecosystems.\n * Lead the adoption of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model.\n * Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement Lean/Agile practices to optimize flow and reduce cycle times.\n * Define, track, and analyze Agile metrics to measure team and organizational progress.\n * Champion Agile values and principles to drive cultural and mindset shifts.\n * Facilitate conflict resolution and promote healthy team dynamics.\n * Lead retrospectives and feedback loops to foster a learning-oriented environment.\n * Support effective use of Agile tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, and Miro.\n * Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to align Agile practices with CI/CD pipelines.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * Proven experience in Agile coaching at the enterprise level.\n * Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.\n * Demonstrated success in leading Agile transformations.\n * Strong facilitation, mentoring, and leadership capabilities.\n * Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Rally.\n * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
