For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core, holding a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Data Science, translating business requirements into functional applications and innovative AI/ML solutions (focusing on NLP and LLMs).

Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) alongside .NET.

Hands-on experience with NLP tools (Hugging Face) and LLM frameworks (GPT, Transformers), including fine-tuning, deploying, and optimizing pre-trained models for specific product use cases.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), microservices, and deploying custom models.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.

Solid grasp of trusted AI practices, API security, and data privacy.

Excellent problem-solving skills and Agile/Scrum proficiency.

Fluency in English (B2)

Availability for hybrid work (3 days per week onsite) based in Porto (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
