Senior Automation Developer / Architect

We are looking for a Senior Automation Developer / Architect to join our team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and evolving automation and hyperautomation solutions.

In this role, you will act as a technical reference within an Automation CoE, contributing to the stability, scalability, and innovation of automation platforms. You will work across the full lifecycle of automation initiatives, from analysis and design to implementation and continuous improvement.

The role combines architecture, development, and operational expertise, with a strong focus on automation platforms, agent-based solutions, and modern AI-driven technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the operation, stability, and continuous evolution of automation and hyperautomation solutions
  


• Act as a technical reference within the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE)
  


• Analyze existing processes and automation workflows to identify improvement opportunities
  


• Design and implement new automation solutions across different business units
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation capabilities
  


• Work with modern technologies focused on agent-based solutions and AI-driven automation

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles involving automation and solution architecture
