Senior Backend Developer (Ruby on Rails)

Since 2015 Sweatcoin and now Sweat Economy is working on making the world more physically active. With more than 100 million registered users, thousands of partners and a proven ability to make people move more (+20%) Sweat Economy has already become the largest onramp in web3 history. We now working on turning our token - $SWEAT - into the principal unit of physical activity value and building an economy of movement around it.

As a Senior Backend Developer, you will contribute the team for making the Sweat Wallet app into the best multichain mobile wallet on the market with tens of millions of users.

Who we are looking for:

• Extensive experience in robust Ruby & Rails API design & development


• Experience in making robust 3rd-party integrations


• Experience in the blockchain world is a plus!


• Ability to carry unclear product requirements to stable, clear, deployed features


• Ability to work autonomously, determining what needs to be done and why with little-to-no oversight (think managers of one)


• Habitually ensuring new app behaviors are covered by specs to ensure stability


• Experience working on high-loaded projects involving cross-functional collaboration


• Ability to find a compromise between perfect code and fast delivery


• English language not lower than Intermediate
