We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager / Project Lead to join a project in Europe.

This is a hands-on role in a GMP environment, leading complex construction activities and ensuring delivery on safety, quality, budget, and schedule.
You will act as the key interface between client, EPCM, and contractors, managing multidisciplinary teams across CSA, MEP, E&I, and piping.

Requisitos

Profile:
Engineering degree (or equivalent)
10+ years’ experience in construction/project management
Strong background in Life Sciences / Pharma projects
Experience in EPCM environments and complex builds
Knowledge of planning, cost control, and contracts

Languages:
English: Professional
French: Fluent or basic

Key Responsibilities:
Lead construction execution of pharma projects
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and EPCM partners
Ensure HSE compliance and implement safety plans
Oversee planning, progress, cost control, and reporting
Manage quality, inspections, and commissioning readiness
Coordinate site logistics and operations
