The Opportunity
As part of EY Portugal’s Innovation team, you will play a key role in driving the internal adoption and enablement of emerging technologies, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI solutions.
You will contribute to designing and implementing initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support the digital transformation of EY teams. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with different business areas, helping shape the future of how we work through innovation.

The ideal candidate combines a consulting mindset with technical curiosity — someone who can understand business needs, identify opportunities for AI and automation, structure practical solutions and support their implementation. You should be comfortable working with different stakeholders, experimenting with emerging technologies and contributing to innovation initiatives from idea to prototype.
You do not need to be a deep technical developer, but you should be confident exploring tools, configuring solutions, learning independently and translating technical possibilities into business value.
