Senior Customer Service Specialist Dutch-speaking

Your responsibilities:

• Handle complex customer escalations and high-sensitivity cases in Dutch
• Make sound decisions on nuanced account and content cases
• Support colleagues with guidance and knowledge-sharing
• Identify quality improvement opportunities and communicate findings
• Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders

What we are looking for:

• Dutch: C1/C2 (native or near-native)
• English: strong B2/C1 level
• Previous experience in a customer support or trust & safety role (required)
• High level of empathy, professionalism, and decision-making ability
• Experience with CRM platforms and support tools
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work/residence permit required
• High School Diploma required
