🧑‍💻 About the role

We're looking for a highly collaborative Senior Designer to join our team and drive the improvement of our customer acquisition strategies. This role requires excellent stakeholder management and a strong visual design skills. You will be responsible for enhancing our marketing website and uncovering new opportunities to boost conversions, engagement, and awareness.

• Lead design initiatives to optimize the marketing website for improved customer acquisition and conversion rates.

• Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Engineering, and Product to align design strategies with business goals.

• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to ensure design solutions meet both customer needs and business objectives.

• Use data-driven insights to identify and explore new acquisition opportunities.

• Create visually compelling and customer-friendly designs that resonate with our target audience.

• Continuously iterate on design based on feedback and performance metrics.

✅ Your profile

• You balance speed of iteration with execution quality. You’re able to make smart trade-offs with your team to launch and learn, fast.

• Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.

• Experience with data-driven design and a solid understanding of conversion rate optimization.

• A passion for creating innovative solutions and results-driven mindset.

• Strong systems-thinking.
