Senior Digital & OSS E2E Solution Design Authority

Own the end-to-end Digital & OSS strategy and roadmap, with focus on enabling Autonomous Networks, including intent-based operations, policy-driven orchestration, and agentic decision automation Partner with business stakeholders, OSS management and technology teams to understand objectives and challenges, translate business requirements into clear end‑to‑end solution to shape scalable, reusable, and cost-efficient solutions. Ensure common ground of design principles related to the specific domains' interworking capabilities. Drive the OSS technology evolution roadmap towards cloud-native, event-driven and AI-enabled platforms, in alignment to the Architecture recommendation Ensure strong design governance and strategic alignment, guiding technology choices and adoption of emerging OSS, automation and AI capabilities. Engineering / Technology / Math's/ Data Science Degree Deep expertise in OSS and Digital architecture, cloud-native systems and APIs. Experience with data-centric and AI-enabled architectures, including analytics, ML and agent-based frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across markets and cultures. System-level thinking balancing creativity /innovation, reuse, cost and operational stability. Proven ability to translate business strategy and requirements into end-to-end architectures, solution designs and roadmaps. Architecture frameworks: TOGAF, COBIT, TM Forum Frameworks (SID, eTOM). Cloud platforms, containers, microservices and event-driven architectures. Familiar / certified TM Forum Autonomous Networks Framework Agile and scaled agile methodologies (e.g. SAFe). Very good written skills to outline technical design documents.
