Senior Field Marketing Manager

We are looking for Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our Solution Design team and support sales pipeline growth and strengthening Körber Supply Chain Automation’s brand awareness across the EMEA region.

You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Global Marketing teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives tailored to regional market needs.

Your role in our team

• You will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels


• You will support demand generation activities and contribute to pipeline growth


• You will organize and coordinate trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and customer events


• You will develop marketing content such as articles, case studies, campaign assets, and social media content


• You will adapt global marketing initiatives and value propositions to regional markets


• You will collaborate with Sales teams to identify customer needs, buyer personas, and market opportunities


• You will support new product and solution launches together with Product Management and R&D teams


• You will monitor and analyse campaign performance, lead generation metrics, and marketing impact


• You will manage regional marketing calendars, suppliers, budgets, and operational processes


• You will ensure branding consistency across presentations, templates, and communication materials

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field


• 5–10 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar roles


• Experience with campaign management, demand generation, and event organization


• Knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Office365, Canva, Adobe Creative tools, or similar platforms


• Strong communication and content creation skills


• Fluent in English and Portuguese


• Spanish or French is a plus


• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Autonomous, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset


• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
