The Impact You’ll Make

  Develop and implement advanced analytics, predictive models, and AI-driven solutions to support financial planning, forecasting, risk management, and business performance

  Analyse complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for decision-making
  
  


• 
  
  Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting models, and data visualisation tools to enhance business visibility and performance monitoring

  Generate data-driven insights to support key Finance processes, including accounting, controlling, treasury, tax, budgeting, and forecasting
  
  


• 
  
  Drive the automation and optimisation of finance processes through digital technologies, improving efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness
  
  


• 
  
  Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve data solutions, ERP capabilities, and finance-related systems
  
  


• 
  
  Support finance transformation and process standardisation initiatives across functions and geographical locations
  
  


• 
  
  Leverage strong knowledge of finance processes to identify improvement opportunities, support business requirements, and ensure alignment between analytical solutions and operational needs
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and compliance by developing robust, scalable, and business-oriented data models and reporting structures
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure effective risk and control oversight by leveraging automation, analytics, and finance compliance-focused processes
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related field


• 5-8 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Digital Transformation roles


• Experience working with financial data, finance processes, or finance-related business environments is highly valued


• Proven business acumen with a track record of Finance Global Process Ownership (GPO), including end-to-end finance processes definition, global standardization, and continuous improvement across complex enterprise environments


• Experience delivering automation and analytics projects within corporate environments


• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools


• Experience with process automation solutions (Power Automate, RPA tools, or similar)


• Knowledge of ERP systems


• Advanced data modelling and statistical analysis capabilities


• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Fluent in English
