We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and drive the development of impactful digital solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our technical strategy, leading development efforts, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications.Leadership and collaboration
  • Mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and advocating for best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into seamless technical solutions.
 
System Design and Develop
  • Architect and implement reliable, scalable service-oriented and distributed systems.
  • Develop complex, performant, responsive, and accessible web applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Leverage modern web development tools (e.g., nvm, npm/Yarn, Webpack, Tailwind CSS) to build robust solutions.
  • Drive development from concept to launch, ensuring polished, delightful user experiences.
 
Quality and Security
  • Ensure all web applications are well-tested, well-documented, and effectively monitored.
  • Maintain a strong focus on code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Optimize for security by addressing concepts like CORS, CSP, CSRF, XSS, and others.
Must-have:
  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with substantial expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
  • Proven track record of creating performant, responsive, accessible, and well-documented web applications.
  • Expertise in distributed system architecture and building scalable, reliable software solutions.
  • Proficient with CSS pre-processors and frameworks such as SCSS, LESS, Tailwind CSS.
  • Deep understanding of web technology fundamentals: HTTP, HTML, CSS, Web APIs, SPAs, and CMS systems.
  • Strong grasp of information security concepts and the ability to implement secure solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical ideas to its team.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small project teams and initiatives.
  • Business and design acumen: able to turn requirements into exceptional user experiences, whether building APIs, internal tools, or customer-facing features.
 
Nice to Have
  • Experience in Web/Visual Design, UI/UX, or HCI.
  • Familiarity with Headless CMS systems.
  • Background in creating experimentation-heavy, content-driven websites with a focus on performance and usability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code that adheres to industry best practices and ensures long-term scalability and readability.
  • Proficiency in automated testing, performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
