For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

5+ years of professional experience working as an Implementation Consultant;

Experience navigating the complexities large enterprise clients face when launching a new platform;

Familiarity and interest working in customer-centric environment;

Problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve challenges whether they be technical, organization, internal, customer or personal;

Willingness to learn, with the ability to quickly grasp and make effective use of knowledge;

Ability to communicate new concepts to diverse audience and adapt changing circumstances;

Confidence driving solutions to challenging customer or internal situations autonomously and understand when to raise risk and inform relevant stakeholders;

Proficiency integrating data source systems such as PIMs or ERPs with e-commerce platforms is a bonus;

Fluency in English and French (B2/C1 Level);

Availability for a remote regime, based in Portugal (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
