Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Consultant service in APPIAN solution; a senior or expert tech lead who has significant expertise in complex APPIAN project and who would be supporting us on complex topics, integrating Appian Development team and supporting several environments and the implementation of new project scope.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Collaborating with project managers and key client to defining business processes;
• Gathering functional and technical system requirements;
• Designing and implementing BPM based solutions (using Appian BPM software);
• Assisting clients in identifying other business process opportunities that could be targeted with Appian's software;
• Following internal delivery process and standards.

Deliverables:

• Designing and implementing solutions with Appian software;
• Designing and implementing technical solutions and writing technical specifications;
• Participating to Product Testing of delivered solution.

Requirements:

• Expertise in BPM solutions or similar (such test automation);
• Expertise in consulting methodologies such as process mapping;
• Expertise in agile methodologies building solutions in cross-functional teams;
• Expertise of database concepts and on any one of the major databases e.g. Oracle, SQL Server & MySQL, RDBMS databases;
• Expertise in JAVA development; JAVA Core 7+;
• Expertise in JSON or Similar data structures (Ex: XML);
• English environment.
• IDE expertise: IntelliJ, Eclipse or similar (are a plus);
• Expertise in other technologies / programming languages are a plus (SQL, JavaScript, Web Services, RESTful Services).
