Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site)
Salary: €1,800 gross per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Senior O2C Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team in Porto. This is an on-site role focused on Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, accounts receivable, and overall finance operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth billing cycles, accurate financial reporting, and timely collections while collaborating closely with internal teams and clients.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who wants to advance their finance career in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and end-to-end O2C transactions

• Ensure accurate invoice creation, follow-up, and reconciliation

• Support month-end financial closings and reporting

• Maintain data accuracy in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite preferred)

• Generate and analyze financial reports using MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)

• Resolve payment-related inquiries and collaborate with internal teams and clients

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting/finance principles

Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Experience: At least 2–5 years in Accounts Receivable / O2C / Finance operations (senior-level experience preferred)

• Languages:

  • German: Fluent (spoken and written)

  • English: Advanced (C1 Level)

• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus

• Customer-focused and able to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Advanced MS Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables preferred)
