Join Appning! Appning by FORVIA is a single entry to 23 different car brands experiences. Connects OEMs and App Developers to help build the future of connected cars. Alongside OEMs, we create a personalized experience that meets clients’ demands and expectations, ensuring home-to-car continuity and an ongoing link with the outside world through our scalable and adaptable solution. We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager willing to take on one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry with us!

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships in categories that drive revenue, growth, brand visibility, and product innovation within the automotive sector.
• Relationship Management: Build, maintain and nourish strong relationships with OEMs, Content Service Providers suppliers, mobility providers, fintech companies, and other key stakeholders.
• Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations, develop partnership agreements, and ensure all contractual obligations align with company objectives.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform partnership strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including sales, product, marketing, product development, and finance to align partnership efforts with business goals.
• Revenue Growth & Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of partnerships, ensuring they contribute to revenue and overall strategic objectives.
• Innovation & Industry Trends: Stay updated on emerging trends such as electric vehicles (EVs), autonomous driving, connected cars, and in vehicle entertainment. mobility-as-a-service (MaaS).
   

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances within the automotive and/or OTT services space.

Skills & Competencies:

Proven ability to develop and execute successful partnership strategies.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making.
Understanding of content and services trends in Audio, Video, Gaming or location based services related to mobility.
Fluent in English.
Willing to travel up to 40%.
