We are currently looking for Senior Platform Engineer

Requirements:
 

We are looking for a profile with strong experience in API and platform engineering, and proven hands‑on expertise with Kong API Gateway. The role will focus on designing, configuring, and supporting API gateway and platform capabilities in a large enterprise environment, working across application, middleware, and cloud layers. The ideal candidate is a senior individual contributor who can work independently, act as a Kong subject‑matter expert, and support secure, scalable, and reliable API solutions with strong hands-on approach to implement solutions.

Secure API design (authentication, authorization, policies)
Scalable API architectures
Middleware integration
Cloud platform integration
Hands‑on implementation & troubleshooting

Years of Experience (relevant for this role): 5+, English C1

Location: Lisbon,Braga, Coimbra, hybrid
