Senior Product Design Manager, Gaming & Rewards

As a Senior Product Design Manager, Gaming & Rewards you will be a key leader within our design team, focusing predominantly on managerial responsibilities. Reporting directly to the Director of Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall experience strategy. Your responsibilities will include overseeing customer feedback, managing research studies to identify customer needs and leading a team of talented designers to ensure the delivery of exceptional products.

As a Senior Product Design Manager you will:

• Lead and manage the Product Design team, ensuring their professional growth and adherence to design principles.


• Collaborate closely with the Director of Product to contribute to the overall experience strategy.


• Oversee customer feedback channels and research studies to identify user needs and pain points.


• Translate customer insights into actionable design strategies and improvements.


• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers and relevant stakeholders.


• Define and maintain design processes and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.


• Provide guidance and support in the creation of high-quality design deliverables.


• Work with the Director of Product in setting and achieving design team goals.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in product design roles.


• Proven experience in a managerial role, with a focus on design team leadership.


• Proven experience in casino products.


• Strong understanding of user experience, design thinking and customer-centric design.


• Ability to effectively communicate design strategies to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


• Experience in overseeing customer feedback channels and research studies.


• Familiarity with design tools and processes, even though this role is primarily managerial.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in the gaming industry or other transaction-intense sectors.


• Familiarity with usability testing and A/B testing methodologies.


• A strategic mindset with the ability to align design efforts with broader business goals.
