Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst

- 5+ years of experience managing IT and technology projects.

- Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, from requirements definition through implementation and closure.

- Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to gather, document, challenge, and refine business requirements.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including 3–4 smaller projects or one large-scale initiative.

- Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.

- Confident presenting to executive audiences and providing clear project status updates.

- Strong track record managing project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

- Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions.

- Fluent English, verbal and written communication skills.
