As a CMDB specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and evolution of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve the CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
• Monitor and ensure the performance and health of the ServiceNow instance
• Review and optimize configurations (CIs, attributes, workflows, groups)
• Prepare the CMDB to support efficient ITSM processes
• Automate processes and propose continuous improvements
• Manage access (roles, users, and permissions)
• Implement updates and manage deployments across environments
• Create reports, notifications, and data import templates
• Resolve technical incidents and provide daily support
• Produce technical documentation and train users

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow (senior/expert level)
• Strong knowledge of CMDB (configuration and administration)
• Hands-on experience with development and deployment in ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of:
• JavaScript, HTML, XML
• APIs (REST / SOAP)
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Knowledge of ITSM (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills and team spirit

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• English level B2–C1

Nice to Have:

• ServiceNow CSA certification
• CMDB Fundamentals
• Knowledge of ITOM / Infrastructure
• CIS Discovery or Service Mapping
• ITIL Foundation
