Right now,
we are looking for a Senior SLDC Specialist to integrate our talent
team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Define and drive the AI-Driven
  Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) operating model across the
  organization.
  
• Identify opportunities where AI
  can transform, simplify, augment, or automate activities throughout the
  software development lifecycle.
  
• Redesign engineering processes
  following a Human + AI approach, embedding AI into ways of working rather
  than simply adding AI to existing processes.
  
• Define and establish best
  practices for the use of Specifications (Specs), Skills, Instructions,
  Custom Agents, and Agentic Workflows.
  
• Develop reusable standards,
  frameworks, and patterns for AI-assisted software engineering.
  
• Evolve engineering practices
  across requirements, architecture, development, code review, testing,
  security, release management, and continuous improvement through AI
  adoption.
  
• Define the roles,
  responsibilities, and skills required within an AI-driven engineering
  organization.
  
• Design and maintain AI-driven
  Golden Paths and reference workflows for different technology stacks and
  development teams.
  
• Partner with Engineering,
  Architecture, Security, Testing, and Product teams to integrate AI into
  software delivery practices.
  
• Lead pilot initiatives and
  transform successful outcomes into scalable enterprise-wide practices.
  
• Define and track metrics
  related to adoption, productivity, quality, developer experience, and
  engineering efficiency.
  
• Evaluate emerging AI coding
  assistants, engineering agents, and agentic technologies, assessing their
  applicability across the SDLC.
  
• Drive change management,
  enablement, and adoption initiatives to accelerate AI-driven ways of
  working.
  

You must have:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or SDLC transformation initiatives.
  
• Strong background in Software
  Engineering and modern software delivery practices.
  
• Solid understanding of
  DevSecOps, CI/CD, Quality Engineering, Testing, and Secure Software
  Development practices.
  
• Hands-on experience with
  AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.
  
• Practical experience designing,
  implementing, or evaluating AI agents, custom agents, agentic workflows,
  or AI-driven engineering solutions.
  
• Experience defining engineering
  operating models, development processes, governance frameworks, and
  organizational change initiatives.
  
• Strong understanding of the
  end-to-end SDLC, including requirements, architecture, development,
  testing, security, release, and continuous improvement.
  
• Experience creating engineering
  standards, reusable frameworks, templates, or best practices.
  
• Ability to define and measure
  adoption, productivity, quality, and developer experience KPIs.
  
• Strong stakeholder management
  skills, with the ability to influence Engineering, Architecture, Security,
  Testing, and Product organizations.
  
• Excellent communication,
  facilitation, and leadership skills.
  
• Strong analytical and
  problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
