Descrição do Emprego - Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition & HR

The Senior Specialist Talent Acquisition & HR plays a key role in driving MoonLake’s growth by managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting core HR operational and development activities. This role contributes to the delivery of our people strategy by ensuring effective hiring, data accuracy, and process improvement across the employee lifecycle.

Talent Acquisition (60%)
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process across assigned roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand needs and define hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment module in the HRIS, ensuring real-time accuracy of candidate data and status.
  • Create and manage job postings across platforms; ensure alignment with brand and budget.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies to support strategic talent pipelines.
  • Conduct reference checks and support offer preparation in collaboration with the HRBP.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs via dashboards and ongoing data analysis.
HR Operations & Development (40%)
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring compliance with data privacy and audit standards.
  • Support HR lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, and performance management cycles.
  • Track and record employee training and learning and development activities.
  • Contribute to the creation, rollout, and refinement of HR policies, templates, and procedures.
  • Support initiatives that enhance employee experience and engagement, including events and culture projects.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize HR tools, systems, and workflows.
Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. (or equivalent relevant experience)
Experience
  • Proven experience (5 years+) working in HR operations and talent acquisition in a fast-paced growth environment.
 Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment practices.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS platforms (experience with Personio is a plus).
  • Advanced MS Office skills; comfort using Canva and presentation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative and relationship focused.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a high standard of work.
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
 Work Environment:
  • Hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the Porto office.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
