We are looking for a talented Senior Therapist & Beautician to join our team! In this role, you’ll help lead the daily operations of our spa and salon, delivering high‑quality massage, skincare, and beauty treatments. You’ll also support reservations, reception duties, and the upkeep of our wellness areas. In this senior role, you’ll set the standard for the team and help ensure we consistently exceed members and guest expectations.

What you will do?

• Deliver high‑quality massage, beauty, skincare, and nail treatments that meet our service standards.
• Lead by example and support other therapists, beauticians, and hosts to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain treatment rooms and salon areas, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, equipment safety, and proper stock levels.
• Welcome members and guests, provide amenities, and ensure an exceptional experience from arrival to departure.
• Monitor product usage, assist with stock control, and complete basic operational reports.
• Collaborate with the reception/concierge team when needed.
• Help improve procedures and uphold company service guidelines and standards.
• Promote wellness services, treatments, and products.
• Participate in team meetings and required training sessions.
• Perform additional operational tasks as requested by management.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience as a therapist/beautician in luxury spas or wellness environments.
• Professional certifications in massage therapy, beauty therapy, and anatomy & physiology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver exceptional service while supporting and guiding the team.
• High grooming standards, attention to detail, and understanding of safety and hygiene protocols.
• Good communication in English and comfort with basic computer systems.
• A positive, proactive, and professional attitude suited to a luxury environment.
