Senior Value Realization Specialist

You:

As a Value Realization Delivery Manager at Feedzai, you will support the successful delivery and ongoing value realization of a portfolio of customer accounts. Working closely with senior Delivery Leads, Project Managers, Sales Managers, Support, and Product teams, you will help ensure customers receive a consistent, professional, and value-driven experience throughout their lifecycle.

You will support the delivery team by coordinating customer activities, tracking actions, and maintaining reports and delivery documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in enterprise software delivery and customer success. Your Day To Day:

Delivery Coordination & Portfolio Support

• Support Delivery Leads in managing customer accounts by coordinating activities, delivery follow-ups, and reporting.


• Maintain delivery plans, status reports, risk logs, action trackers, and portfolio dashboards.


• Ensure customer actions and internal commitments are tracked through completion.

Governance & Customer Engagement

• Coordinate customer meetings, including Service Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).


• Prepare governance materials and track customer risks, issues, decisions, and actions.


• Support customer communications and follow-up activities.

Value Realization & Performance Monitoring

• Prepare customer reports and dashboards that demonstrate adoption, performance, and business outcomes;


• Identify trends or recurring issues across customer accounts and support value realization initiatives;


• Support the preparation of customer success stories and value realization summaries.

Delivery Operations & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain governance templates, reporting packs, and delivery assets.


• Ensure delivery documentation follows established standards and contribute to process improvement initiatives across Customer Success.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Delivery, Project Management, Support, Product, and regional teams to coordinate customer activities.


• Help manage customer support requests, working closely with the Support team to ensure timely communication and resolution.


• Monitor delivery risks, escalate issues when appropriate, and support customer onboarding activities.

You Know-How & Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.


• 5–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Delivery Management, Project Coordination, Consulting, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.


• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with customers and cross-functional teams.


• A proactive, collaborative, and customer-first mindset, with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement.


• Experience preparing presentations, reports, and customer-facing materials.


• Familiarity with project management, collaboration, or CRM tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace) is desirable.


• Interest in financial services, payments, fraud prevention, or enterprise SaaS is advantageous.


• Ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team.


• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
