We are currently looking for Service Manager

Requirements:
Manage all operational activities inside the different services,
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and growth.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements.
Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operational strategies with business goals.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in operational processes.
Good level of English (Independent user — level C1).

Preferred Competencies:
International experience.
Experience in European Agencies.
Good level of French (Independent user — level B2).


Location: Lisbon, hybrid
